Review:

The Rodeo Romeo pop group, painfully, does it again. it's wonder how this group stayed popular, since there are other far better than bubble gum pop bands in the scene. But let's focus on the album. First off, they couldn't have picked a better title. The Last Dance truly lives up to the album's over-all sound; they do still loyal to the upbeat Brit-pop/discotheque style that made them famous. Thing is, they don't do it exceptionally well, and the ballads aren't any better. In crowd that adores house, lounge and garage, these tunes will hardly be appreciated. Don't get me wrong, some songs are actually melodic--just some. After listening to the CD, one wonders, could this album really be their last? You can't deny that the songs are catchy enough to linger in your head long after the stereo is shut off. That can be good or bad, depending whether you like them or not. I'd rather drown in the music of A*Teens and S Club anytime rather than this.
