“The Gruffalo” is another of our all time favourites. It is so well written and such a great story. The boys can recite it word for word and never get sick of it. This story is destined to become a classic of this generation like “Three Little Pigs” or “Little Red Riding Hood” was for my generation.

My son's 3rd birthday was a gruffalo party with a stick the wart on the gruffalo game, gruffalo birthday cake and gruffalo playdough to take home.

It is a fantastic book to buy for any child as a present, boys or girls. We are planning to add a few more to our collection at Christmas time. We also have “The Gruffalo’s Child“, “Monkey Puzzle“, “The Smartest Giant in Town” and ” Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book” all by the same author and illustrator… Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. All the books are really popular and so cleverly written.
