Scott Ainslie is an expert on the guitar style of Delta Blues guitar great Robert Johnson. Throughout the DVD Ainslie teaches the learner about different guitar tunings and picking patterns that are popular in Robert Johnson’s songs. When Ainslie presents a song he presents it with the opening riffs, into the verses and chorus. Lastly he puts all the riffs together to present to the whole song pattern together with vocals.

Pete Wernick has become famous for his banjo work with his band Hot Rize. He is a regular at bluegrass and folk festivals hosting banjo and bluegrass workshops. It is truly amazing to watch Pete “Dr. Banjo” Wernick conduct a lessons for thousands of people in the audience, each holding their instrument and learning.

DVD Review: The String Cheese Incident Live at the Fillmore Auditorium – Denver March 23, 2002 ASIN: B0000DBJA4 This two DVD set which documents an entire String Cheese concert is a must have. The DVD concert is full of great music and great jams. This DVD is not an introduction to the band like their previous DVD “Evolution.” This is a complete concert which showcases the band.

The string Cheese Incident has taken the spot as one of the premier jam bands in history. They have maintained the tradition of fun dancable music with groovy instrumental that cover many different musical genres. This DVD is not different. Evolution is the New Years Eve concert 2000-2001. This is a great concert for even the new SCI fan. Concert footage includes guest appearances by Keller Williams and Dr. Didg.

After a career spanning more than 25 years of producing meaningful songs and brilliant live performances, you'd think Depeche Mode would have set the microphones and instruments aside to bask in their accumulated success. However, to the relief of fans worldwide, this doesn't seem to be the case.
