The Chronicles of Narnia: The Last Battle
I'll give this book enough to say that it started off well, until the last 50 pages or so. C.S. Lewis seems to be M. Night Shyamalan and these last pages are nothing but twists that make no sense. The entire plot leading up to the beginning has absolutely NOTHING to do with the ending. They could be two different books completely. Lewis seemed to cram every huge plot point into the last 10 pages. I am 17 years old and am utterly confused reading a children's book. This was the most absolutely awful ending I have ever encountered in a book. This was an awful attempt to end the series. Every book in the series is good and this one almost ruined them all for me. I will never remember this book because it was good, but simply for the fact that it holds the title of the most horrendous ending to ever exist.
