This book was written with the beginner in mind. Doreen Virtue has written several books on the subjects of angels and faeries and she revised her content to make it easier for beginners to understand and follow.
That said, I don't think there was a lot of information in the book other than what most people would already concider to be the obvious.
Virtue writes about different angels and their specialities, how they can help you and real life angel stories.

If you know anything about the angel realm, I'd advise giving this book a miss - it's far too simple.
